This lair was created to give our followers a clearer understanding of the World of Epimetheus, one continent at a time. While the first official release of the game (not to be confused with the pilot) will introduce players to the continent of Aborlon, this lair is dedicated entirely to those lands. A structured template has been developed and applied to each nation, expanding their histories, defining national flags, and refining territorial maps. By taking a top-down approach, we’ve deepened the interactions, histories, and cultural identities of each race through focused regional development. Every addition is made with the long-term vision of building a distinctive and sustainable RPG experience. Contrast and conflict are not accidental, they are intentional design pillars. Maps! Maps! And more Maps!!!

Biomes Map Continental map  As we construct the amazing World of Epimetheus there are things that we must consider to keep our world unique and well-balanced. Will this world have similar biomes to earth? Could there be additional biomes? What resources are in the game and where can they be found? How about wildlife, where will they habitate? What will they consume and how often will they propagate (spawn babies)? How about the realms of magic? Is there an underworld? A hell? Hades? Perhaps different dimensions? How will the mechanics of all this fit in to the gameplay? What features will be built into the server? How will the spiritual realm influence that of magic or the mundane? Does elemental magic function the same as sorcerer's powers or magician's incantations? These questions and more have worked their way in to the very fabric of this amazing world that we are building. Good morning/afternoon/evening my fabled friends and felonious foes. There have been various changes going on behind the scenes that you may, or may not, be aware of. So take this VIP backstage pass and prepare yourselves for some behind the scenes magic in play. And maybe even become entertained with the dramatic upheaval that has been my life for the last 7 weeks. We are currently at an impasse with the artistic direction of the Giant as our following have gone eerily silent since I broke up with the wicked witch of the west. It is the audience that is going to shape the outcome of this game. The production of this game is going to continue regardless of any outside drama, of that you can be sure. I think it is safe to assume that many of you are quietly waiting to see where everything lands. But there is no adventure in safety and no excitement in silence. Introducing The New World of Epimetheus page! As the needs of the blog have grown so too has our approach to getting the necessary content out there for others to see. In an attempt to make elements of this project more manageable we have expanded our blogs scope. Stay tuned to see what's next.
